Appreciate all the comments on this article; the article was successful in being very thought provoking; so much so that it inspired thought provoking comments.

Also very appreciative of the history of veganism; especially the vegans that were the first to become vegan by creating the framework for veganism; probably would not have gone vegan on October 7 2017 if not for that framework of veganism that allowed for the creation of the Peta videos that were so captivating and life changing.

Have also experienced vegans being mean on various social media sites mostly twitter; do not think that it is vegan to be mean to people; neither is attempting to show superiority. If veganism is about reducing as many animal deaths as possible; it makes sense to be inclusive; commending anyone trying to live by vegan ideals.

Animals might not be able to voice their emotions in the same way humans can; fighting over who is and who is not vegan and what label people can use; does not benefit animals who are directly effected.

"Of course, legal recognition of the emotions and rights of non-human people is still in its very early stages. Even the most progressive societies are a long, long way from a universal recognition of even the most basic rights of nonhumans in general."

Hopefully the vegan community can understand this and evolve past these ways of being; being inclusive and trying to help people understand how to be vegan and more sustainable benefits everyone; hopefully it is possible to reduce as much harm as possible to animals and the environment as well as other humans in the process.
